Linear evidence adapter

Linear issue lifecycle webhooks, case linking, ingress headers, and linear-change process template findings.

Shipped first-party adapter: kiket-ext-linear (extensions/linear submodule).

What it ingests

linear:issue_created  -> case.updated      (linear_issue evidence)
linear:issue_updated  -> case.updated      (linear_issue evidence)
linear:comment_created -> evidence.observed (linear_comment evidence)

Link operational cases by embedding case: <uuid> in the Linear issue description or comment body.

Webhook endpoint

POST /api/v1/integrations/linear/webhook

Required headers:

X-Kiket-Organization-Id
X-Kiket-Event-Source-Key

Optional shared secret: store webhookSecret on the event source configuration (sealed at rest). Invalid signatures are quarantined. Linear sends Linear-Signature (HMAC SHA-256); Kiket also accepts X-Kiket-Signature for manual testing.

Process template

Use the linear-change definition pack (.kiket/workflows/linear-change.yaml) for divergence checks on owner assignment and status alignment.
