GitLab evidence adapter
GitLab merge request and pipeline webhooks, case linking, ingress headers, and engineering-change process template findings.
Shipped first-party adapter: kiket-ext-gitlab (normalization in the extension repo).
What it ingests
merge_request (merged) -> repository.pull_request_merged (merge_request evidence)
pipeline (success) -> deployment.completed (pipeline evidence)Link operational cases by embedding case: <uuid> in the merge request description or pipeline note metadata.

Process template
Use the engineering-change definition pack (same operational loop as GitHub change evidence).
Findings this unlocks
- Merge request merged without required approvals (when paired with process checks)
- Successful pipeline evidence missing before case completion
- Repository change divergence vs modeled process
