Workspace management

Manage projects, repositories, sync policies, and activity from one Settings hub.

Kiket consolidates operational management under Settings so teams do not have to jump between scattered dialogs.

Canonical sections

Use these routes as the source of truth for management workflows:

  • Projects: /settings/projects
  • Repositories: /settings/repositories
  • Sync Policies: /settings/sync
  • History & Activity: /settings/history

Projects (/settings/projects)

Use this section for full project lifecycle operations:

  • create new projects
  • edit project name/description
  • delete projects (with confirmation)
  • view linked repository context

Project creation uses the same source model as onboarding:

  • Copy from Template
  • Use Existing Repo
  • Create New Repo

Repositories (/settings/repositories)

Repository management covers:

  • connected repo inventory
  • project-to-repo linking
  • branch visibility and repository metadata
  • connect/disconnect actions

Sync Policies (/settings/sync)

Sync controls are centralized here:

  • syncMode: webhook / scheduled / manual
  • syncIntervalMinutes for scheduled repositories
  • branch updates
  • manual sync trigger with status feedback

History & Activity (/settings/history)

The timeline combines management events from multiple systems:

  • audit log events (project/repository mutations and other settings actions)
  • repository sync execution history
  • filters by action/resource/status and text search
  • export actions for compliance and reporting
  1. Create or connect workspaces in Projects and Repositories.
  2. Define sync behavior in Sync Policies.
  3. Verify outcomes and incidents in History & Activity.

This keeps day-2 operations predictable and makes ownership clear across admins, operators, and engineering leads.
