Evidence adapters

Install and build evidence connectors on the platform ingestion model.

Start here: Build your first evidence adapter.

Evidence adapters normalize external systems into Kiket's raw inbox and evidence graph. They use scoped API keys and /platform/* routes — not the removed legacy /extensions webhook catalog.

Platform surfaces

SurfacePurpose
POST /platform/raw-eventsIdempotent raw inbox ingest
POST /platform/raw-events/{rawEventId}/submitRunner submits normalization (raw-events:submit)
POST /platform/evidenceNormalized evidence records
POST /platform/extensionsInstall adapter; returns runnerApiKey once (owner/admin)
GET /platform/extensions/{id}/runtimeLast dispatch/claim/submit and last runtime error
GET /platform/raw-events/claimPull transport: lease dispatch envelopes (raw-events:claim)
POST /platform/event-sourcesBind ingress (webhook URL, source key)
POST /platform/credentialsSealed secrets (owner/admin)
GET /platform/extension-ingestion/contractMachine-readable adapter contract
POST /platform/marketplace/listingsPublish kiket-extension.yaml to the registry (owner/admin)
GET /platform/marketplace/listingsList public + org-private published listings
GET /platform/marketplace/catalogMerged catalog (same data as /platform/extensions/catalog)

Authoring tools

  • kiket extension init — scaffold kiket-extension.yaml + starter adapter
  • kiket extension validate — validate manifest locally
  • kiket extension test — POST a fixture raw event using API-key auth
  • kiket extension install — install with --transport catalog_hosted|push|pull and optional --endpoint-url
  • kiket extension run — local runner for push (--transport push) or pull polling (--transport pull)
  • kiket extension publish — submit a manifest to the marketplace registry (--visibility public|org, --git-url or --publisher-contact)
  • @kiket-dev/sdk — manifest Zod schema + createIngestionClient()

Legacy note

Older docs described outbound Kiket→extension webhooks with issue/comment scopes. That model is retired. New connectors are ingress adapters that call the platform API using the Kiket SDK.
