Kiket provides exportable compliance reports that include:

Report Types

Audit Trail Report

A comprehensive report of all audited actions within a time period.

Includes: - All audit log entries with timestamps - User actions and system events - Resource changes and transitions - Blockchain anchoring status for each entry - Merkle proofs for verified records

Format: PDF with QR codes

Access: /api/v1/audit/reports/audit_trail.pdf

EU AI Act Compliance Report

Specialized report for EU AI Act Article 12 compliance.

Includes: - AI system inventory - Operation statistics (invocations, decisions) - Human oversight documentation - Blockchain verification summary - Risk assessment summary

Format: PDF

Generating Reports

Via Web Interface

  1. Navigate to Blockchain > Dashboard
  2. Click Export Report
  3. Select report type and date range
  4. Click Generate PDF

Report Contents

Header Section

Every report includes:

  • Organization name and ID
  • Report generation timestamp
  • Date range covered
  • Report version and format

Audit Records

Each audited action shows:

Field Description
Timestamp When the action occurred
Actor User or system that performed the action
Action Type of action (create, update, delete, etc.)
Resource Affected resource type and ID
Changes Summary of what changed
Blockchain Status Anchored, pending, or not applicable

Verification Section

For each anchored record:

  • Content Hash - SHA-256 hash of the record
  • Merkle Root - Root of the Merkle tree containing this record
  • Transaction Hash - Polygon blockchain transaction
  • Block Number - Where the transaction was confirmed
  • QR Code - Scannable link to blockchain explorer

Reports include instructions for:

  1. Independent hash verification
  2. Merkle proof reconstruction
  3. Blockchain transaction lookup
  4. Cryptographic validation steps
